SnacQ Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl


Cooking time: 5 minutes 


1 Banana

2 Tablespoons peanut butter

½ Cup Yogurt/curd (try to use unflavored)

3-4 Ice cubes  


  1. Freeze your fruits overnight for a thicker consistency, this will also result in requiring less ice cubes
  2. Use a ripe banana (darker one)


  1. Add the ingredients (banana, peanut butter, yogurt and ice cubes) in a blender and mix it! The mixture should be thick. If you need, add 1-2 tbsp of milk so that it blends smoothly
  2. Once you’ve made the smoothie, transfer it into a bowl and add some sliced fresh fruit (we recommend bananas), add some peanut butter and either SnacQ Peanut Crunchy or SnacQ Dark Chocolate Granola. Garnish it with some chia and flax seeds.
